Activision has finally shipped the limited-time Zombie mode into the Call of Duty: Mobile. A few days before, the devs of Call of Duty: Mobile revealed the availability of Zombie Mode, and now, they have released the new mode on the promised date. The beloved Zombies mode from the franchise’s past is now available to play on Android and iOS.

With the launch of this new limited-time more, the publisher revealed the features included in Call of Duty Mobile Zombies. This limited-time experience takes you to Shi No Numa, a bite-sized version of a classic Zombies map found in 2008’s Call of Duty: World at War. However, you must reach player level five to unlock Zombies.

There are two ways to play Zombies in Call of Duty Mobile: Raid and Survival. Survival is basically the traditional Zombie mode where you have to face zombies endlessly. On the other hand, Raid is completely a  new game type for the COD: Mobile where you have to face a boss at the end of a set number of waves.

Both modes can be played in Hardcore, with the increased difficulty yielding new rewards and challenges. Additionally, Raid mode comes with two difficulty settings – Normal and Heroic. On switching from Normal to Heroic will add a number of waves and buff the final boss. Call of Duty Mobile Zombies is playable with up to three of your friends in an online cooperative and is available for a limited time.

Apart from Zombies mode, Call of Duty: Mobile also gets controller support. If you have one of those controllers for use, this is great news. However, keep in mind that anyone playing with a controller will be matched into lobbies with other controller players. If you use on-screen controls, you will be matched with players playing with on-game controls.
