Apple Store Online will be localised to cater to the needs of the Indian customers. Customers can get support from Apple specialists in English and Hindi over phone and online support in English. For logistics support, Apple has partnered with Blue Dart to be the on-ground fulfillment partner. Given the current environment customers can expect deliveries in 24-72 hours from date of purchase.
What customers can get from
Apple will offer a range of financing options on various Apple products. Apart from this, there will be the much-awaited trade-in program, under which customers can get their products exchanged for new ones. As of now, the trade-in program will be restricted to the iPhone but we can expect it to expand to other product categories.
Customers will have multiple payment options, including EMI, credit card, debit card, UPI, RuPay. Cash on delivery option for the moment will not be available owing to current circumstances prevailing across the world.
There will be a dedicated section for students where they can get special pricing, discounts on Mac and iPad. Students, educators will also get discounts on accessories and Apple Care+.
Apple is also bringing its gift wrap and personalised engraving services on certain products. Customers can get emojis or text engraved in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu on AirPods and AirPods Pro. Apart from this, English engraving will be available for iPad and Apple Pencil.
Starting October, Apple will also hold online Today at Apple sessions where creative pros will share their insights on photography and music.
