Apple Rumoured to Launch New Gaming Grade Mac in 2020 With Focus on eSports

As far as wild Apple rumors are concerned, a new report claiming that Apple has plans to release a high-end gaming computer next year is a doozy. As from the report of Taiwan’s Economic Daily News, Apple plans to announce a high-end gaming computer at its annual WWDC developers conference in 2020.

As from the details, the report claims that the computer may be a large-screen laptop or all-in-one desktop with a price tag of up to $5,000, suggesting that it could be either a MacBook Pro or an iMac Pro. The computer would supposedly be tailored towards esports, aka competitive video gaming.

It’s also worth noting that developing an impressive Mac is only half the battle. Apple would also need to convince developers to take Mac gaming seriously, which would be far more challenging given that the Mac has never been viewed as a serious gaming platform by anybody. If anything, the idea typically elicits nothing but laughter from real gamers.

The report adds that Apple will officially unveil its new Mac gaming computer at its annual WWDC event next June. Most of the gamers have been waiting for long for Apple to release a powerful Mac for gaming. And now, this report is absolutely good news for all the gamers out there.
