Apple Releases iOS 13.4, iPadOS 13.4, and watchOS 6.2


After a long wait, Apple has finally released the iOS 13.4, iPadOS 13.4, and watchOS 6.2 for Apple users to download and install it on their Apple machine. The new update for iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watch come with many new features and improvements over the last version. Let’s take a look at each of them one-by-one to get a clearer look at these new updates. 

As promised, iPadOS 13.4 comes with mouse and trackpad support that will enable you to use your tablet just like a laptop. The new trackpad support on the iPad also comes with multi-touch gestures for navigation. Apple’s recently launched iPad Pro’s Magic Keyboard has been built keeping in mind the current requirements of iPadOS 13.4. 

Apart from trackpad support, the new update to iPad brings several other improvements. As announced earlier at WWDC last year, you can finally share iCloud Drive folders, complete with real-time file updates. From now, third-party navigation apps will with the CarPlay Dashboard if you want to use it instead of the native Apple Maps. 

Furthermore, this new update brings an updated button layout on Mail to prevent you from deleting emails accidentally. The TV app now has data-saving features to save bandwidth and storage. Last but not least, Apple has added nine new Memojis to help you express your emotions in a better way. All the above features (excluding trackpad support) is similar in both iPadOS and iOS. 

Apart from this, Apple has also released the watchOS 6.2 for Apple watch that comes with new features and improvements. This new update brings support for in-app purchases. This move will enable developers to create and sell ‌Apple Watch‌ apps that offer in-app purchase options and subscriptions. 

In addition to this, watchOS 6.2 also brings ECG support and irregular heart rhythm notifications that will be available in Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey. Besides, all the major bugs in the earlier version of the watchOS have been fixed to give a seamless experience to users.
