Apple Launches its Research App on iPhone and Apple Watch


Apple has officially released its much-awaited Research App, the company has officially released a statement regarding the launch of this new app. The new Research app is designed for the fitness-centric people who want to keep an eye on various health-related activities.

The new Research app brings heart and movement, hearing and women’s health features. This app comes as an additional app to let iPhone users add their medical information to the medical app.

The new Research app is available for free for iPhone users in the United States. If you live in the US and want to start using this app on a respective iPhone, then you can get this app from the official App Store. Thankfully, the Research app is available for free of cost, you don’t need to pay anything for this app.

You can enroll in the multi-year studies with the new Research app starting from today. Once you are enrolled, you will be able to add your medical information by providing results from your iPhone or Apple Watch. The app currently supports iPhone and Apple Watch only.

Participants will be able to add their personal health information such as heart rate, noise level and all the other physical activities. Participants will be able to use select the activities or delete them from the app itself.

The first three studies will be related to Apple Women’s Health Studies, Apple Heart and Movement Studies and Apple Hearing Study.

People can share their data with the chosen studies over the app and all the activities of the users will be added to the Medical Information within the Health app on iPhone and Apple Watch devices.
