Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus Red Special Edition Launched


Apple has introduced the new Product Red Special Edition of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Unfortunately, Apple didn’t announce the Product Red Special Edition for iPhone X, but the company did launch a new Leather Folio case for the phone, which features a deeper red finish and comes with a price tag of Rs 7,999.

The iPhone 8 Product Red Special Edition comes with a price tag of $699 (Rs 67,940 in India) for the 64GB storage variant and $849 (Rs. 81,500 in India) for the 256GB option. On the other hand, the iPhone 8 Plus Product Red Special Edition is priced at $799 (Rs 77,560 in India) for the 64GB storage variant while the 256GB storage option comes with the price tag of $949 (Rs. 91,110 in India).

Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus Red Special Edition features a stunning red finish for the glass back and a matching red aluminum frame around the sides. The front of the phone is now in black, unlike last year’s Red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus which arrived with a white coloured front panel.

The new colour variant will be available to order from April 10  and ships starting from April 13th in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the UK and US countries. Apple will start delivering the products from April 13. While it will be available Brazil, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE and other countries later this month. Chile, Colombia, India, Israel, Turkey and other countries will get the new colour variant later in May.
