- Step 1 – As you explore the ship graveyard, you will come across an infirmary/interrogation room with “Focus Drugs” on a table near the entrance. Descend the ladder from this room into the Mess Hall, then turn left.
- Step 2 – Interact with the high cupboard to discover the Mushroom Powder. You can give it to Virgil at a later point in the episode.
Unraveling Virgil’s Backstory
- Step 1 – While collecting the third Refraction Mass in the Engine Room, locate the Data Cube Hacker item.
- Step 2 – Towards the end of the episode, after giving Virgil the mushrooms, proceed to the Medical Bay and search Virgil’s office. Access the computer using the Data Cube Hacker to uncover intriguing information about Virgil’s past. Return to Virgil to delve deeper into the story.
Completing these side quests enriches your relationship with Virgil and may have long-lasting effects in future episodes. Additionally, you will unlock the “Spore Taste” and “Thorston Mayer” achievements/trophies.
