“Red Bull Campus Clutch is a grassroots esports initiative that brings together up-and-coming student Valorant players of all skill levels. In 2023, the tournament promises even more thrilling action with over 200 regional events scheduled over four months. Students from around the world can now register for local qualifier events starting from July 17th. Each team of five will progress through the Local Qualifiers, with the top teams advancing to their respective National Finals. Here, the best student teams from each country will compete for the title of Red Bull Campus Clutch National Final Winners and the chance to represent their country in the World Final. By early November, the top Valorant teams from universities worldwide will be confirmed. These teams will receive an all-expenses-paid invitation to the prestigious Red Bull Campus Clutch World Final, a LAN tournament hosted in Istanbul, Turkey, where the ultimate Red Bull Campus Clutch World Champions will be crowned. For many participating teams, this tournament offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete in a professional live setting. The winning team will also be awarded a €20,000 prize.”

“Throughout its history, Red Bull Campus Clutch has showcased incredible stories from teams around the globe. In 2021, standout squads like Team Egypt, who eventually became the champions, amazed everyone by putting themselves and their region on the Valorant map despite having no prior global experience. One player, Mohamed ‘shalaby’ Shalaby, even went on to sign with pro esports team Team Vitality. In 2022, new powerhouses emerged, and many returning squads sought revenge. The final victory took place in the iconic Estádio do Pacaembu in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with determined Team USA claiming the title. However, the tournament also unearthed Indonesian talent, Oliver Budi ‘m0rea” Wangge, who has been making waves since his impressive performance, recently winning a gold medal at the South East Asian Games 2023.”
